Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. In just one year she earned her pro card when she was 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her university studies. In 2015 was a continuation of her earlier efforts. In the past, she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. By 2009, she'd won four other fitness titles. Additionally, her 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB to ever be a part of history. Ariel spent 6 years trying to earn her bachelor's degree, following her Pro Card award. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the competition, she came in third. The summer of 2016, she won winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than happy of her performance. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel enjoys working out on the lower part of her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. It is common to warm up before the actual workout. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. This is accomplished by creating all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week one day being lightweight day, and another days heavy weight.
