Ina-Garten
Ina Garten, an American author of cookery books and Emmy Award-winning host of Food Network's oldest program Barefoot Contessa which began broadcasting in 2002 has 27 seasons until 2020. Ina started her career writing nuclear energy policies and budgets for the White House. In the beginning, she found her work interesting and stimulating but eventually lost interest and opened a food specialty store known as Barefoot Contessa. Her store was extremely successful for 18 years, until she decided to sell it. Then she began writing the first book. Numerous magazines and cookbooks came later. Between them, her Food Network show was also successful. Ina sells a variety of things, from food ingredients cooking to kitchenware and storage. Ina was never to any cooking academy and has never had any experience in a restaurant. She is self-taught. Her name is ascribed to her easy approach to cooking and effortless take on entertainment. Her most famous recipes are Lemon chicken skeillet-roasted, Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon, Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
